Soumitro joined as partner ‘Mathew and Ghosh Architects’, a partnership founded by Nisha Mathew Ghosh in 1995. The work is varied across the spectrum and ranges from projects / ideas to do with the urban, research, space, architecture, interiors, product design and so on. Educated at the School of Architecture CEPT Ahmedabad . He has had interest in teaching since graduation especially architectural design and has personal interest in politics, philosophy, culture and history to understand the world we live in and work within
