In this series of lectures titled "One Book, One Project", we invite speakers from various creative disciplines to share with us a book of their choosing and a project from their field (literature, architecture, film or music) that may have left a profound impact on their thinking or their body of work.

Bharadwaj Rangan is an editor for the renowned website Film Companion (South) who won the National Award (Swarna Kamal) for the Best Film critic in 2005. He was formerly with The Hindu and The New Indian Express. His writings on cinema, art, books, travel and humour have been published in various newspapers and magazines. He has also authored two books, "Conversations with Mani Ratnam" and "Dispatches from the Wall Corner: a journey through Indian Cinema".
