Admission Checklist
Note
- Attested copies – As per University norms, all documents should be attested by a Government Gazetted Officer. Documents attested by Notary Public will not be accepted.
- The scanned copies as mentioned below should be submitted on a pen drive at the time of Admission Procedure at WCFA, Mysuru (each document not exceeding < 2MB)
A. Category of Admission
(Applicable for PGETA and Management category)
- Admission Order (from PGETA, if applicable)
- Payment Receipt (for payment made through PGETA / College / Management office, as applicable)
B. Original Documents Required
(As per University norms, all original documents will be retained at the college until course completion)
- Bachelor’s Degree Marks Cards (All Semesters)
- Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (from last institution attended)
- Conduct / Character Certificate (from last institution attended)
- Migration Certificate (only for Non-Karnataka students)
- PGETA Score Card
- Study Certificate / AIU / Equivalent Certificate
C. Additional Documents Required
- 2 Passport size photographs + 2 Stamp size photographs (white background)
- JPEG scan of passport size photograph (< 2MB)
- Any 2 ID proofs of student (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID)
- Blood group certificate (from authorized laboratory)
- Emergency Medical Procedure document (if applicable)
