The Master’s Program is designed to cultivate architects who are deeply equipped to understand sustainability and actively contribute to building a more sustainable future. The curriculum at WCFA offers a holistic exploration of Sustainable Architecture, integrating indigenous wisdom with contemporary technological advancements. It addresses a wide spectrum of concerns, ranging from macro-scale environmental systems to micro-level material and construction practices.
The program is structured around three core lenses— Design, Research, and Community. Each subject engages with these interconnected domains, allowing students to move fluidly between spatial exploration, technical inquiry, and real-world application. This integrated framework ensures that sustainability is not approached merely as a theoretical concept, but as a lived and practiced methodology embedded across every scale of design.
WCFA is recognized by the ‘Council of
Architecture,’ New Delhi and is affiliated to
‘Visveswaraya Technological University’,
