Throughout the year, we run a wide range of workshops based on strategies to help students develop a broad as well as a granular understanding of architecture.

During Construction Workshops, experts from the area of construction are invited to conduct hands-on workshops on campus, centered around material and structural systems in building. Through modes of learning that involve studying the specific properties of various materials and the construction of experimental structures on campus, the students are encouraged to develop a tactile understanding of the integral relationship between material and structure.

During Elective Workshops, critical thinkers, storytellers, changemakers, leading practitioners and pedagogues from diverse fields including art, photography, theatre, music and the social sciences are invited to our campus, to interact and share their expertise in their respective fields with our students and faculty.
