Manoj Ladhad’s career started in 1994 when he trained and worked with the esteemed VK Giridhar Architects in Bengaluru. He has also had a long-standing freelance association with Bengaluru-based Jaspreet and Sagar Shetty Architects.

In 2006, Manoj founded his own firm called Architecture Paradigm. Over the years, Manoj and the studio have worked on a host of assignments that have included massive housing projects, individual residential projects, public buildings, museums, and more.

The firm has continued to push the envelope ever since its inception. In doing so, both Manoj, and his firm, have received their due recognition in the form of 43 awards, global commendations, and the honour of being among the top 10 young practices in India.
